This DIY scrunchie pack comes with lots of instructions, 6 pre-cut pieces of fabric, 6 pre-cut lengths of elastic, a hand sewing needle & thread, six pins and one safety pin.
All you need of your own is a pair of scissors, a reel of cotton, a sewing machine (hand-stitching is definitely possible for this project!) and an iron.
