Freight prices & shipping AUSTRALIA
- FREE FREIGHT for all orders over $150 within AUSTRALIA!
- All orders under $150, flat rate postage of $9.95 for each order.
- We ship using a combination of courier services as well as Australia Post, depending on where you live in Australia.
- We endeavour to have products shipped within 48 hours, and if your order is in before 12 pm on a weekday, we aim to have it shipped that same day. The sooner you get your order in, the happier we all are!
- We pack using recycled packaging wherever possible, to reduce our footprint on the earth as much as we can. We like to do our bit for the environment, from recycled card for our printing and more.
- Our shopfront is located in Casino, NSW, Australia, and so, when shipping to the Eastern states you can receive your package within a couple of days, but if you live in SA, WA, NT or out of Australia, your product can take up to 2 weeks to get to you – we appreciate your patience, and promise it will be worth the wait!
Delivery Time
We aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days of your payment clearing if your product is in stock, but most often, if your order is in before 12pm, we can have it shipped that same day. If what you've ordered is on backorder, or recently out of stock, we'll email you asap and let you know an approximate delivery time. If we expect further delays with your order, we will contact you to discuss your options. If your order is super urgent and you require it for a special day, please let us know at the time of ordering via email or phone. We can often dispatch same day if your order is in before 12pm, which is a bonus!

- Due to the COVID-19 pandemic – there may be severe delays in the postal network depending on where you are located and the level of lockdown – if you are in a COVID Hotspot please consider this when factoring in shipping times.
Shipping Terms and Conditions
- Shipping is subsided and charged out at a flat rate of $9.95 per shopping cart wherever possible.
- Our flat rate shipping covers 99% of the population. In some cases, however, to remote parts of regional Australia, we contact you if there's an additional fee to help partly cover the costs incurred in shipping to these remote areas.
